Von Google übersetzt: We went there to look at an awning for our camper van. The saleswoman took plenty of time to explain the advantages and disadvantages to us and gave us advice on what to consider before buying. We felt very well taken care of there.

War in der Werkstatt Kunde. Absolut Empfehlenswert. Freundlich , Kompetent , Flexibel. Hören dem Kunden zu. Setzen Wünsche wenn es irgendwie geht um. Ich komme wieder.
Von Google übersetzt: I was a customer at the workshop. Absolutely recommendable. Friendly, competent, and flexible. They listen to their customers and accommodate requests whenever possible. I'll be back.

Sehr tolles Unternehmen.
Von Google übersetzt: A fantastic company. I had a question about a component that I hadn't even purchased from them. I received help over the phone within an hour, and my problem was solved by the workshop manager, Martin Heichel. Highly recommended.

Von Google übersetzt: Great deals and smooth order processing. It doesn't always have to be the big companies. Many thanks to the team at Bergische Wohnmobile.

Von Google übersetzt: Thank you very much for the friendly advice. The response to my inquiry was very quick and comprehensive.

Von Google übersetzt: It's very nice overall. Unfortunately, I have to deduct one point because of the employee who complained to a customer about other customers. That's completely unacceptable. However, the employee who gave us excellent advice was truly outstanding. The showroom is also already set up.

Super

Von Google übersetzt: While I waited a week for the new awning from another supplier (and it still hadn't been shipped), I subsequently received it from Bergische Wohnmobile for a lower price and immediately on the same day.

Danke
Von Google übersetzt: Fast processing. Overall very satisfied, except for the packaging. It was a bit too large, and the stove in its original packaging was rattling around inside without any padding. But everything arrived intact, so it's not a reason to lower my rating. All contents were present, and the initial function test was successful. Thank you.

Wir kaufen immer gerne bei euch ein

Von Google übersetzt: We were there for the spring festival. Very friendly staff.

Von Google übersetzt: We're very satisfied. We bought some small parts, but most importantly, we got to know a shelving company that specializes in pull-out shelving systems. We're going to have them install a pull-out shelving system for us. We also scheduled an appointment for the installation of a Maxxfan. Bring on summer and our next trips!
