Westfield Mars – The Smart Drive-Away Awning for Campervans The Westfield Mars is specifically designed for use on campervans with sliding doors. A key feature is its tapered air tubes that narrow towards the vehicle side. This allows the awning to be installed even in narrow gaps between the awning cassette and the sliding door – without compromising the door’s function. Instead of rigid pressure poles, the side panels are padded and flexible. They can be tensioned under the vehicle and adapt perfectly to the slightly curved shape of most campervan walls. The Mars features large window panels with integrated mosquito nets on the side walls for excellent ventilation. A double mud flap provides additional protection from wind and dirt. It is made from high-quality HydroTech® Ripstop material with a 5,000 mm water column – robust, UV-resistant, and long-lasting. The optional Westfield Eris extension can be added for additional protected space. For enhanced comfort inside the awning, the matching AstroFloor 330 carpet is available.
