Translated By Google : We went there to look at an awning for our camper van. The saleswoman took plenty of time to explain the advantages and disadvantages to us and gave us advice on what to consider before buying. We felt very well taken care of there.

War in der Werkstatt Kunde. Absolut Empfehlenswert. Freundlich , Kompetent , Flexibel. Hören dem Kunden zu. Setzen Wünsche wenn es irgendwie geht um. Ich komme wieder.
Translated By Google : I was a customer at the workshop. Absolutely recommendable. Friendly, competent, and flexible. They listen to their customers and accommodate requests whenever possible. I'll be back.

Translated By Google : Very nice staff, they gave us very good advice as laypeople, I would go there again anytime.

Sehr tolles Unternehmen.
Translated By Google : A fantastic company. I had a question about a component that I hadn't even purchased from them. I received help over the phone within an hour, and my problem was solved by the workshop manager, Martin Heichel. Highly recommended.

Translated By Google : Great deals and smooth order processing. It doesn't always have to be the big companies. Many thanks to the team at Bergische Wohnmobile.

Translated By Google : Thank you very much for the friendly advice. The response to my inquiry was very quick and comprehensive.

Translated By Google : It's very nice overall. Unfortunately, I have to deduct one point because of the employee who complained to a customer about other customers. That's completely unacceptable. However, the employee who gave us excellent advice was truly outstanding. The showroom is also already set up.

Super

Translated By Google : While I waited a week for the new awning from another supplier (and it still hadn't been shipped), I subsequently received it from Bergische Wohnmobile for a lower price and immediately on the same day.

Danke
Translated By Google : Fast processing. Overall very satisfied, except for the packaging. It was a bit too large, and the stove in its original packaging was rattling around inside without any padding. But everything arrived intact, so it's not a reason to lower my rating. All contents were present, and the initial function test was successful. Thank you.

Wir kaufen immer gerne bei euch ein
Translated By Google : We always enjoy shopping at your store.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung und prima Qualität. Danke
Translated By Google : Very fast delivery and excellent quality. Thank you.

Sehr gute Beratung von Herr Klose , empfehlenswert
Translated By Google : Excellent advice from Mr. Klose, highly recommended.

Wir waren aufgrund des Frühlingsfestes dort. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter.
Translated By Google : We were there for the spring festival. Very friendly staff.

Translated By Google : We're very satisfied. We bought some small parts, but most importantly, we got to know a shelving company that specializes in pull-out shelving systems. We're going to have them install a pull-out shelving system for us. We also scheduled an appointment for the installation of a Maxxfan. Bring on summer and our next trips!
