Especially in overcast conditions when light intensity is constantly changing, an ultra-fast MPPT controller improves energy output by up to 30% compared to PWM charge controllers and by up to 10% compared to slower MPPT controllers.
Advanced Maximum Power Point detection in case of partial shading.
In case of partial shading, there may be two or more maximum power points (MPP) on the current-voltage curve. Conventional MPPTs tend to settle on a local MPP. However, this may not be the optimal MPP. The BlueSolar device's innovative algorithm will always maximize energy output by adjusting to the optimal MPP.

The BatteryLife algorithm monitors the state of charge of the battery and if necessary, day by day, it raises the threshold for disconnecting the load (i.e., the load is disconnected earlier) until the energy gained is sufficient to charge the battery to near 100%.
